Beautiful Antique Carmel Tan Butterscotch Slag 8 Panel Glass Light House Lamp Top Bottom Light. Each panel has flowers and the bottom has 2 panels of tan slag glass. This has a nice Arts and Craft look and when this is lit up it has a totally different look than when not. Both the top and bottom light up either together and separately. This lamp is just stunning (picture just doesn’t do it justice just much prettier in person) and this lamp is about 21 1/2″ tall and the shade is about 19 1/2″ across. It is in nice working. Condition with no chips or cracks the last picture shows it because it was a close up. Please view all the pictures as they are part of my description. Art Nouveau Bradley & Hubbard, Miller Style Slag Glass Lamp, Light House Base
This is a fine antique. Slag glass lamp, with a lighted base. The shade features 16 panels in what is called a caramel swirl. The base has six matching caramel. All glass panels on the lamp are complete, unbroken, original and are all in excellent condition. The lamp stands 25″ Tall and the shade is large measuring 20″in diameter. Over all the lamp is in excellent condition. The exception are the Following. The shade has a loss of a small piece of filigree seen on the first picture and picture number 8. Also there is a minor separation of the metal shade frame, that does not effect its stability or looks. This lamp was rewired in 1995. A false cloth cover was put on the new cord but has frayed near the plug. The cloth cover is decorative and posses no electrical danger. See picture number 12. The lamp is ready for use. Please note I identified this as a Miller, Bradley. Lamp by seeing identical lamps described as such. I have not looked for a makers mark and it is now crated. I make no claim to an authentication of the lamp as a Bradley. Professionally crated insured and ready to go. To the farthest point in the 48 states from me. Each panel has trees, a man / boy fishing in the corner, a cabin / home and the bottom of each has a panel of blue slag glass to make it look like water. This has a nice Arts and Craft look and when this is lit up it has a totally different look than when not. Both the top and bottom light up either together and separately. This lamp is just stunning (picture just doesn’t do it justice just much prettier in person) and this lamp is about 28 1/2″ tall and the shade is about 18″ across. It is in nice working. Condition with no chips or cracks (with the exception of one panel was cracker so it has been repaired and is now very sturdy) the last picture shows it because it was a close up. The lamps column has a bit of classic Greek influence, at mid column there is a pretty Meandros pattern with. Acanthus leaf details above and below, this pattern. In the border detail of the lamps base. The scene depicted in the six panels of the shade frame has been called “Sky House” With the slag glass panels used to add color to the scenes. On the bottom half there is blue slag glass which looks very watery. The upper panels create a beautiful sunset effect. The shade measures approximately 16 3/4 inches across, and 8 1/2 inches tall.
