A very fine all original antique leaded slag glass lamp shade in excellent condition. The slag glass that was used in this shade is outstanding full of fire and color the photo’s don’t do it any justice. The shade is very tight with no loose glass or leading. There are no cracks or repairs to this very fine old shade. It’s not very often to say the least that I get to say that. The shade is extremely dirty and for some would say it’s in need a good cleaning but I like them this way. Salem Brothers Arts Craft Mission 12 Panel Slag Glass Bradley/Hubbard Era Lamp
This Antique Signed Salem Brothers Lamp has been fully restored to its original condition. It has new wiring but still retains the original socket. It shows a African Sahara scene with Lions, Gazelle in the reeds. A cottage with billowing smoke and the towering Acacia Tree dominating each panel. The lower panels show the rich green grass with the top panels showing many different colors to represent the hues of the sky. There are 12 panels and all are in excellent condition. Each filigree panel are slightly different and show quality workmanship from a bygone era. The shade measures 18″ across and the overall height is 26″. Acquired at an estate sale is this awesome reproduction mission arts & craft style table lamp. Under the shade there is a plate that reads Quoizel Collection see photos. The lamp is made of individual plastic panels for that authentic look. There is no damage to any of the panels or shade or lamp. Lamp measures 28 inches tall to the top of the shade, 20 inches tall from the table top to the bottom edge of the shade, shade is 20 inches across the bottom and the base is 7 inches by 7 inches. The lamp base is metal with a brown wood grain finish. On/off switch is located on the side of the base. Lighting options: one light bulb on at a time or both. Two lightbulbs are included both are used so there is no telling how long they will last. Lamp and shade weighs over 12 pounds.
