Antique Slag Glass Luminor Perfume Lamp Luminor Desk Lamp 1930s
Beautiful slag glass luminor perfume desk lamp from the 1930s. Caramel color slag glass in brass metal base lamp. The top lid comes off for incense or scent to be added and heated from the lightbulb emitting scent through the holes. Chain pull at bottom turns lamp on. These lamps are rare and I have included the same style lamp advertising for Richard Hudnut Perfumery. There is one panel which is cracked and shown in photos. I have been told this can be repaired with a fuse. OR you can turn it so that panel is in the back and you do not see it. This is a very rare, gorgeous piece! Antique Torch And Floral Swag Motif Lamp Base, For Slag Stained Glass Shades
Please review all pictures for overall condition and size, as this forms the overall condition/description of the item. Wear is consistent with age and use. The cord was VERY worn and not safe to use, so we cut it. We kept the old plug for it and are including it (pictured). Pull chains are stuck, has scratches, marks, light rust, etc. The bottom has a cover welded or brazed on. Looks like it has been painted black possibly. The metal is either iron or spelter, possibly some brass/Bronze used in areas. It is hard to tell, we see some metallic color under the paint and we see brass/Bronze coloring. It also have very nice weight to it, heavier than it looks. Was possibly “Bronzed” at one point but got worn and then maybe someone painted it. Has some nice age, we believe early 1900s, around 1915. It is a great project lamp, it would look great restored. We believe the heavy Tiffany, Handel style slag/stained glass shades go to it. Measurements are in the photos/details. Haven’t found any names or makers marks on it. Please message us with any questions, we respond fast. Please allow up to 2/3 days for large items, though we do get those out faster than that a lot of the time.

Up for your consideration is this GORGEOUS ANTIQUE AMBER SLAG GLASS WITH BRONZE-COLORED METAL TABLE LAMP c. Bronze-colored metalwork is EXQUISITE, with CHERRY BLOSSOM GARLANDS. It looks like Art Nouveau but could be Edwardian with the garlands and wings. Shade diameter: 19 1/4. This area was famous for their glassmakers. I see no chips cracks or damage to shade. I do see some wearing of metal color throughout the lamp base. I feel that it is in very good condition for its age. I will leave any cleaning for next owner. I use only a soft cloth.
