C. 1910 Stained Slag Leaded Glass Hanging Lamp 4 Pull Chain Sockets 24 in. Wide
Circa 1910 Stained Slag Leaded Glass Geometric Pattern Hanging Lamp. 4 Socket Cluster, 24 inches Wide. Beautiful shade with unusual granite backed blue opalescent and granite backed yellow opalescent glass. The glass on this shade just pops even when it’s not on. Shade is in excellent overall condition with no major damages. I did note some expected hair lines or stress line cracks in some of the panels around the boarder as shown. Glass is still tight. I also noted 1 small area pushed in on the very bottom of the boarder as shown. This would be an easy fix by a professional if one desired but displays just fine as is. There are the expected very lite surface scratches from age and use. Please view all photos. Glass has the standard swirl/ straw lines, flaws and air bubbles consistent with glass of this age. Shade measures a large 24 inches wide at the bottom and stands appr. 11 1/2 inches tall to the top of the brass fitter. Complete fixture stands appr. 18 inches tall from the bottom of the shade to the top of the canopy mounting hook. Shade has a 7 inch fitter with correct brass mounting canopy/ hardware. 3 working set screws. Has a 4 socket cluster with matching Bryant pull chain sockets and tassel pulls all in excellent working condition. Bottom of cluster is removable to allow access to the wiring. There are some scratches and marks on some of the brass connectors on the inside between the top of the cluster and the canopy. These will be undetected and are noted for accuracy only. Has been rewired with new period correct cloth covered wire. 40 inches of brass plated chain and appr. 50 inches of wire with plug. I’m sure this would not be cheap so please keep that in mind. This is a beautiful nine panel slag glass table lamp it has a lighted base and three sockets the lamp has been rewired and all of the sockets work fine the sockets in the top of the lamp are both Hubbell sockets. I’m not sure what type of socket is in the lighted base. The overall height is approximately 22 inches and the shade is about 16 1/2 inches across. Antique bent panel slag glass table lamp in shades of green and gold. There are two sockets and lamp has a new cloth cord. The base has details of ribbons and bows with swags of leaves. Antique – Emerald Green – Slag Glass Lamp with Slag Glass Base. Ornate detail in the metalwork, shaped as winged gryphons and floral patterns down and around the base. Still has it’s original, working wiring with both sockets working using a pull string. There is no broken glass on it. The Lamp Shade is in need of some tightening up, or repair, as can be seen; but, it sits on it’s own as is, as can be seen. The full lamp is 23 inches tall. Old Miller Electric Lamp Light Base Slag Glass Shade Double 1907 Bryant Sockets
An early Art Nouveau Miller double socket electric lamp base. Lamp base for large reverse painted, slag, leaded glass style shade. Has a scrolling leafy Art Nouveau look, original finish with some Verde green, wiring replaced and light is working fine. All non-magnetic heavy metal. Complete with signed 1907 Bryant pull chain sockets, looks to be ca. 1910, signed Miller underneath. Amp measures almost 22″ to the top of the finial and 7″ across the base. He little shade cap on top measures about 3″ across, and the ring’s wider lip there is 3 3/8″. Compare with other items Not Included! In the last photo. Light in excellent condition with original finish, no breaks or damage up top, underneath I see a split in the white metal weight plate and some discoloration.
