Lovely Circa 1920′s I believe. Antique Boudoir lamps set of 2 metal candle stick type base with metal and slag glass shade. I believe cords have been updated as well as light switches and both are in working order. Lovely hand painting Barbola Roses floral swags roman head goat head and lion face on base see photos. They are old so they do have some bumps to the paint one of the finials is ever so slightly different than the other and that shade wobbles a bit I would put some plumbers tape on the screw for the finial and that should keep it from moving. This item is part of a recently acquired private collection. We will list in a few next weeks-antique, vintage art glass, lamps & others!!! The item came from clean home where it was cared for and displayed for the enjoyment of others. Unseen before it is now offered for a quick sale. Please ask any questions! The metal frame was made in leaves and a few clusters of wild yellow and pale red roses. All slag glass panels are original. Having nice an original verdigris patina/please look at the pictures/.. Most popular and classic colors! In very good working order. Shade has 18″ in diameter , lamp base is 25″ tall. All parts are original, original heat cap, original cluster with three “HUBBEL” old sockets with pull chains. Very nice an original antique copper finish patina , typical wear and minor losses to painted decoration commensurate with age. Shade has been soldered around the top but still has strong structure. Leaded Stained Slag Art Glass Lamp Shade Roses Pattern, Handel B&H Era
Beautiful leaded lamp shade I have had in my smoke-free home for decades. It is a belted roses pattern with a fish-scale glass pattern. Absolutely stunning when lit. The pictures do it no justice. It was married to the Bradley and Hubbard lamp base shown for illustrative purposes only. The heat cap is included with this listing. The shade measures just under 18″ diameter and is 5.5″ tall. The aperture ring has a 3-5/8 opening. The aperture ring has some heat stress cracking as shown in the pictures but is structurally sound. We have downsized to a smaller home and the decor is completely different. My loss is your gain. This is truly a beautiful shade and I have never seen any roses shade come close to the beauty or quality of this shade. It will be professionally packaged and double boxed for a safe arrival.
