Antique Arts Crafts Mission Vintage Slag Glass Bradley Hubbard Handel Era Lamp
This is a very nice looking and designed lamp and it lights up incredibly. Not a very common lamp for sure and this one is in excellent overall condition. This is also a very large lamp measuring in at 25 inches tall with the shade being 20 inches wide, so lots of bang for the buck here folks. The base in good working order and recently rewired with proper period style cloth cord and old style plug. The base also in original gold patina throughout and thats in very nice overall condition on the base as well. The base without any metalware damage at all and the embossing is really something so please look at the detail both in the base and on the filligree on the shade. The filligree on the shade also in excellent condition with no losses or breaks there. The glass free of chips, cracks, or losses of any sort. Lamp and shade unsigned but 1000% documented and known to be a Parker, so no question to authenticity there. Of course if you would like to pick it up at my location that is welcome as well. Zone two would be 75.00 times 20% which equals 15.00 which is added to the 75.00 and becomes 90.00. Zone three is 75.00 times 33% which is 25.00 which then becomes 100.00 for zone three. Restored Antique Green Slag Glass Gilt Lead Pewter Lamp Arts & Crafts, Mission
For your consideration is this vintage slag glass accent lamp. It has been restoredre-gilt and rewired. The cord is the appropriate cloth-wrapped style cord and vintage plug as may have been found on this style lamp when it was new. As you can see in the photos, the 3-way switch allows for 3 different lighting positionsjust the top, just the base, or top and base together. The original slag glass is a lovely moss green shade. The body and shade of the lamp is made out of lead/pewter and brass. The pewter has a bit of flexibility to it. The lamp has been re-gilt and antiqued. This is the appropriate finish as was on the lamp originally. Since it has been rewired, It is in good working order. All the slag glass is in good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Antique Bradley & Hubbard Arts and Crafts Mission Slag Glass Lamp Cast Iron. Antique Bradley and Hubbard Lamp, cast iron with green slag glass. It has been converted from oil to electric. The lamp is in good antique condition (see photos). The frame is made of cast iron with some kind of paint or finish on it. It is a very solid, heavy frame. There are slag glass panels in the base of the lamp and also in the shade. The metal ring that supports the shade is broken in two places (see photos), but it works fine and is not visible when the shade is on the base. The lamp is about 20″ tall, 11″ wide and 11 deep. It weighs almost 17 pounds. Apparently the actual oil burner was replaced somewhere along the line. The burner it has now is marked “The Rochester”, and it has been modified to allow an electric bulb. The lamp currently is set up to use one electric bulb. In my opinion the lamp would look even better with one or even two small bulbs in the base, to light up the smaller glass panels, and a larger bulb under the shade. The glass is in very good condition. The glass panels in the shade are easy to remove for cleaning. Most of the items I sell come from estate sales and have imperfections. Mission arts crafts slag stained leaded glass lamp shade riviere handel tiffany
A extremely beautiful antique all original bronze stylized dolphins overlay on slag glass lamp shade probably made by Tiffany studios or Riviere studios in excellent condition. This shade is a master work certainly made by one of the finest makers. The incredible slag glass that was used in this shade is outstanding full of fire and color with a brilliance rarely seen in other shades the photo’s truly don’t do it any justice at all. The extremely detailed real bronze metal overlay with it’s incredible original dark patina with some slight greening is in perfect condition. The original bronze patina on the leading work is in perfect undisturbed condition. I’ve had for a while now and never saw the crack until I had it outside in the direct sun light for photo’s it’s almost invisible. I will be listing many different antique lamps over the next couple of weeks.
