Up for your consideration is a fine antique slag glass lamp, American, c. I do not know the maker, but the lamp is well-constructed and high quality. However, the gilded spelter base shows a crack near the lightbulb, and just below. It looks like downward pressure was applied to the top of the stem, causing the now stable cracks. Unfortunately, the lamp does not stand up perfectly vertically, but it may be able to be bent back (see the last few photos). It has been professionally rewired, and works perfectly. The shade has some dirtiness to the exterior, dark pin-tip spots within the recesses of the glass, as is common. The primary color of the shade is caramel. All glass is original, and free of chips, cracks, or damage. The piece measures 26″ tall, and the shade is 20″ in diameter. Overall, it weighs just under 17 lbs, so it is quite heavy, and well made. Large 22 Vintage Slag and Ruby 20 Panel Stained Glass Lamp Shade Hanging
Up for sale is a very nice Mid Century 60′s 20 Panel Ruby and Caramel Slag Glass Hanging Light Shade. Beautiful Unusual Color Combinations. The Ruby red is darker in person. One fairly stable crack at the end of one of the Ruby Panels. Should be fine for a long time. The measurements are 22″ across – 9.5″ across at the top – 11.5 high. 20 large Glass panels on Bottom.
Large 16 Panel Slag Glass Table Lamp
This slag glass panel lamp has 16 panels, caramel in the top and red in the skirt. Simple classic designs on the base and the shade. The gold polychrome finish is in great shape. The base has two pull chain sockets that work well and has been rewired with a cloth covered cord. The shade is 19 inches wide and 8 inches tall. The base is 9 inches wide and the whole lamp is 23 inches tall.
Large Slag Lamp Antique 10 Panel
Being offered is a stunning antique Art Nouveau style slag glass lamp circa early 1900′s. This lamp is LARGE and impressive with 20 panels of glass, top section is a golden color, beige and yellow and the bottom row is a deep multi -colored glass. Beautifully detailed overlay on the shade and a large cast brass base with raised leaves. Lamp has a great brown patina with some gold highlights. It has 4 antique Hubbell sockets, all work properly and has been rewired with a period style plug and cord there is an additional on/off switch on the cord so you don’t have to turn 4 sockets on every time you use it. Size, well it stands 29″ in height and the shad is 24″ wide. Base, finial and shade all original, no marriage here. My lamp guy has seen this rare lamp a few times referred to as a Bradly & Hubbard but I see no marks. It is extremely well made and very heavy 28 lbs. Pictures just don’t do it justice. Condition is excellent, with no broken panels.
