Antique 1920 Jadeite Victorian & Art Deco Floor Lamp with Slag Glass or Tiffany Style Shade. This floor lamp has attractive metal details like cherubs and leaves. It has marbled jadeite glass and a slag glass shade with a beaded fringe. The overall condition is excellent. The lamp has two stunning jade green uranium glass centers, jadeite, with metal stem cupids on the base in golden color. The tulip-shaped slag glass is curved with attractive hanging glass bead edge trim or fringe. The eight-panel caramel slag glass shade has beautiful floral brass filigree work, is solid, and looks great. The lamp has an upgraded power cord and new dual sockets. One of the eight panels has a partial crack that has been secured. The light is solid, as is the shade, and looks impressive off and on! 14 inches wide at shade. Was Johnny on the spot! Vtg 21 Art Deco Jadeite Uranium Slag Vaseline Houze Glass Table Lamp Akro Agate
Here is a nice vintage Uranium Glass Art Deco Table lamp. It measures 21′ tall to the top of the finial. It is in good condition as you can see in the pics. It works, but the outer silk insulation shows wear, i would recommend rewiring if so desired. I have not cleaned/detailed it, it could us a light cleaning. Measures about 30″ H x 18″ W. Has different elements from glass, jadeite, cast iron, and metal. All parts show wear, tear, dents, dings, scratches, chips, and the like. Safety first – this lamp needs to be rewired! There is fraying on the cord. The area where the lamp shade fits into the electrical part is not tight and shade area will come apart. The wiring runs along the arm on the outside top part. I did not see any cracks, but I could have very easily missed something. The gold areas appear that someone took the time to sand the areas down and repaint. Large Art-Deco Bridge Style Table Lamp. Ornate cast iron base. The decorative glass pieces are a type of Jadeite Houze glass and yellow Vaseline Uranium glass. The yellow pieces do glow under a black light. All metal pieces, cast iron and brass, have been refinished in an oil rubbed bronze quality paint with a light clear coat. The lamp has been completely rewired with a cloth covered cord appropriate to the period. The 8 sided jade color base makes this piece stand out. This piece makes a real statement standing at 37 inches tall. The shade shown in a couple of the pictures is shown as an example only and is not included.
