This is a wonderful Rare antique A & R Co lamp, apparently, from Newark, NJ from the early 1900′s. The Base is marked A & R Co. The lamp stands 20 1/4 inches tall on its 7 inch diameter base with a wonderful patinated color finish. The shade is 18 inch in diameter and 7 inches tall. The overlay is complete and with almost all its finish. The lamp has a beautiful patinated green and brown finish with great accent colors. The finish is about 90 – 95%, with some wear to high points. The wonderful pierced overlay is also matching in finish over the bent carmel slag glass. The glass is complete with no chips or cracks. The lamp has been correctly rewired wire and works perfectly. This is just a great beautiful lamp for your home. Antique Bent Panel Slag Glass 8 Panel Large 19 Filigree Table Lamp Shade Nice
Here we have an original circa 1910 – 1920′s era LARGE 8 SECTION, BENT PANEL, SLAG GLASS, TABLE LAMP SHADE “NO BASE” This is a fairly large shade measuring approximately 19 inches across by 9 inches tall. The fitter portion on the top measures 2 7/8 inches across “from the top hole” but because the lip in bent over ” from the underside ” it looks to work on approximately a 3 1/8 to 3 1/4 inch top cap. The over all condition is very good with no damage to the slag glass or fancy filigree portion. The only thing I can see that needs mentioned is there are two little section that fit on the bottom of two of the panels that are missing. They really don’t appear to do all that much and are very hard to even notice but none the less needed mentioned. I would imagine there are certainly more bases than nice shades so if you have a base this large shade would fit, it would make a really nice lamp. I will pack this shade with GREAT CARE! Antique Bent Green Slag Glass Lamp Chicago Empire Co. Miller Bradley & Hubbard
This is a wonderful heavy Bronze and Green Bent Slag Glass lamp by Chicago Empire Co. The lamp stands 21 1/2 inches tall on its neatly sculpted 7 1/2 inch base. The lamp weighs over 15 pounds. The Beautiful Green Bent Slag glass shade is all complete with no cracks or chips and is called Morning Glory on Trellis and is 17 or 18 1/2 inches in diameter. Depending on where measured. It is 7 inches tall. There is one very small part of the casting in the top of the overlay that was missing in the cast. If I did not mention it you would not notice it, but I want to be accurate. The finish on the lamp is all there and the Bronze metal base and ribbed column have a great variegated green bronze finish to it. I find no markings on the lamp however, it is pictured in their old lamp catalogs. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a really beautiful lamp for your home or desk. Vtg Green Marbled Bent Slag Glass Hanging Pendant Lamp/ Light 2 Gas Shades
This is a large beautiful green vintage to antique bent slag glass hanging lamp / light. It has two gas shades that are attached to the shade by arms decorated with leaf and tendrils. The lamp has all the wiring. There is a decorative chain that has a ceiling hook attached. The wiring ends with a plug. There is a very nice canopy that attaches to the ceiling, and one that attaches to the top of the lamp itself. The glass is in excellent condition but the brass filigree on the side of one of the panes needs to be replaced. This is a quality piece, however the color of the slag glass is not uniform throughout so see the pictures. Antique Egyptian Revival Bent Panel Slag Glass Table Lamp Shade Art Nouveau Asis
Here we have an exceptionally fine quality, early 1900′s era ANTIQUE BENT PANEL SLAG GLASS LAMP SHADE ” NO BASE ” we just acquired out of an estate. It has an EGYPTIAN REVIVAL THEME WITH AN ART NOUVEAU FLARE. It is a pretty unusual shade and one we have never seen before. It also appears to be a nicer quality than we usually see. I believe the collectors may recognize the maker. It is fairly large measuring approximately 18 inches across by approximately 7 inches tall and the top diameter is 3 3/8 inches across. With the exception of one missing panel is it actually in wonderful condition with no damage to the frame. The original bronze / copper patina is about as nice as you could hope for.
