Antique Arts & Crafts Handel Leaded Slag Stained Glass Water Lily Table Lamp
I have had a few inquiries since I ended these last week, so here you go. I have used this sore for many years and they do a very nice job with packing. Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. This is a very unusual Handel/Unique leaded glass table lamp. I say unusual since I have never seen one with water lilies or pink background. Periwinkle Unique shades are fairly common, but I don’t think water lilies are. Both the flowers and even the background glass are simply outstanding. The dark greens in the leaves really contrast well with the predominantly white petals of the water lilies, and the pink background glass just pulls it all together beautifully. I will let my pictures do most of the talking here and as you can see from them the lamp displays extremely well and would look awesome in any setting. In terms of size, this is a rather large lamp with an 18″ diameter shade that stands 24″ tall. In terms of condition, I see a couple of small cracks here and there, but nothing serious. There are no replaced pieces and the shade has that nice rattle of an old and original lamp. Patina on both the shade and base is just outstanding. Unique did not sign their shades and the ones that are signed HANDEL should be looked at as being very suspicious since copies were made in the 1970′s. The base is signed HANDEL with a metal tag in the bottom as pictured. It has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and a nice old plug and comes ready to use and enjoy. If you like lamps or need parts please feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times. If you want to get a cheap lamp, go to WalMart or Ikea. If you are watching this just to watch and see if it sells, that’s fine. Excellent WILKINSON leaded glass lamp Handel Tiffany arts crafts slag Duffner
Sweet Wilkinson you can see the “copy” close to a Duffner style shade. Lots Of great translucent brickwork blended with 4 floral splashes each side of shade. Wonderful art glass and a super rare shade. I believe it’s early they seemed to use the best glass and better leaders early in the forming years of the Wilkinson Lamp Co. Stands 25″ tall 8″ wide foot. Shade 16 x 7. 2 mini fractures on the very top row you’ll never notice! Overall in superior Antique Condition. Aperture ring is the normal notched to fit on pegs in the original cap on this base cap is not a recast. Proper Finial for this cap. 3 Hubbell Acorn pull chain sockets working fine. Handel Arts Crafts Antique Leaded Slag Glass Bradley Hubbard Era Lamp Base

Sorry to do this and I hope you will stay on as fine and loyal customers. That’s huge overall savings folks. Its in very good overall condition and just outstanding in coloration as you can see. This is a large lamp with the base measuring 26 inches tall and the shade being 20 inches wide. There is no damage at all to the base and or shade. The base retaining its beautiful Hubbell sockets and acorn pulls that are also in fine working order. A supercool arts and crafts style base for sure. Although the base is unsigned, this is a well known and well documented base for sure. As for the floral shade, that is also in very nice overall condition. Incredible quality glass and a richly colored throughout and as you can see it lights up so well. No damage to report which means no broken, cracked, or lost glass segments and all the leading tight and right. The shade signed Handel in the top ring. All in all simply a great arts and crafts style Handel lamp, in very nice overall condition, that you dont have to pay a 20-30% buyers premium on top of so you cant beat that. Handmade Mission Style Slag Glass Table Lamp Arts & Crafts Decor
This is finely handcrafted table lamp, a great period piece handmade “Mission Arts and Craft” from oak wood and opaque pressed green slag with streaks of white glass lamp. Looks great when lit up and for the age of lamp in excellent condition. The glass is slag with green with hues of white. There are 2 small cracks in the green slag glass which is in one of the panels of the base. The solid oak wood is very thick and the lamp has a solid base. The wood was perfectly stained to bring out the beautiful oak and shows a very nice oily build up on the wood that also, shows the age of this lamp. There is a chip it the wood at the top of the shape. It is a large lamp heavy and well built lamp. No other major scratches, dings, or dents. The switch appears to be a old rocker type switch, the lamp works and it has one bulb with old type light socket. The wood shade is approx. 18″ across at it’s widest it stands 21″ tall and the base is approx. The item is stored in my storage unit in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This is a very nice looking and cool designed lamp that is VERY VERY seldom seen. I promise you, your neighbors dont have one. This lamp is big and heavy and measuring in at 27 inches tall with the shade being 22 inches wide. The base with no breaks or cracks or losses and in fine working order. The base in excellent original patina throughout and without losses. The original Bryant four socket cluster excellent with its original satellite pulls as well. All pulls work nicely and again the patina excellent and matching the base as it should. The base signed underneath the base plate with its B and H logo. The overlay shade also in very good overall condition and without damage of any sort. The coloration in the glass fantastic and better than i can project in the photos. Also i used only 7 watt bulbs for the photos, so when you put in four 25 watt soft whites, the color will jump out like no tomorrow. As for the filligree/overlay Im not seeing any losses there as Bradley and Hubbard always have strong metal for their overlays. All the glass holding tabs present and accounted for and the glass without losses or breaks. One jagged edge on one piece that means nothing but i mention it for accuracy purposes. Its also in very good condition for its age as well. This was a well taken care of lamp for the past 100+ years thats for sure. Please Check out my other items! A Beautiful Large Vintage. Stained / Slag Glass Lamp Shade. This is a real beauty of a stained glass shade and it’s in excellent condition. The colors are caramel slag and then framed nicely with a band of green and slight purple. Then a Mission-Style metal lattice surrounds the base. It’s large (20 diameter) it looks great on a floor lamp, but could also fit on a larger table lamp with a good heavy base or be used in a hanging swag lamp or upside-down in a flush mount ceiling light. 20″ diameter x approximately 10″ tall. I have for sale and WITHOUT RESERVE, this super nice and full sized Handel arts and crafts leaded lamp. This is a supercool lamp folks so pay attention lol. This lamp is in very good overall condition and needs no excuses. The Rare footed base and yes i said rare because it is, in very good original condition and presents itself very well as you can see. It also has three matching Hubbell sockets all in matching patina With matching acorn pulls, and its also been recently rewired with proper period style cloth cord and old style plug. Now onto the shade. The shade in great coloration with Very vibrant glass and in a excellent arts and crafts/prairie style design. The shade is excellent original condition and needing zero excuses. The leading all tight and right throughout and no loose glass pieces. The pictures as you see them is from three 7 watt bulbs thats it. Not 15, 25, 40s or 60s just 7s. Thats how vibrant this glass is. I would not recommend anything higher than a 15 watt because it would not compliment the glass coloration. It would be a little too bright i think but thats just my preference i guess. This is also a larger than normal lamp measuring in 25 inches tall with the shade being 20.5 inches wide. Antique artist-made Arts and Craft 8 panel bronzed-brass slag glass lamp shade with unique Fleur-de-lis design. Unsigned – likely made in New Orleans or France. There are 7 panes of the blue slag glass and one reversed hand-painted flower pane, The glass panes slide into the panel mounts – fasteners are at the top. Some of the fasteners are missing – the previous owner used tape in its place. No cracks, re-welds, or repairs in the metal. Side panels- 6 7/8 x 5 3/8. Glass panes are 5 x 6. Total height including the ring on the dome is approximately 11 tall. Shortest width – 13. Widest width (diagonal): 14. Found in a old plantation estate in south Louisiana. Very Fine Signed HANDEL leaded glass Lamp c 1910. Stands 26 top of finial. Shade is 18 x 7. Solid shade for over 100 years old one line frac pictured. Great glass used making this shade. Leading is tight and firm excellent. The blend of granite back and smooth is a great feature along with the skirt and the yellow glass blended in. Base is no signed but 99.9 percent of people know who made his base HANDEL. 3 Hubbell sockets (insides changed to newer for safety) retains the acorn pull chains.
