Antique Arts Crafts Mission Vintage Slag Glass Bradley Hubbard Handel Era Lamp
This is a very nice looking and designed lamp and it lights up incredibly. Not a very common lamp for sure and this one is in excellent overall condition. This is also a very large lamp measuring in at 25 inches tall with the shade being 20 inches wide, so lots of bang for the buck here folks. The base in good working order and recently rewired with proper period style cloth cord and old style plug. The base also in original gold patina throughout and thats in very nice overall condition on the base as well. The base without any metalware damage at all and the embossing is really something so please look at the detail both in the base and on the filligree on the shade. The filligree on the shade also in excellent condition with no losses or breaks there. The glass free of chips, cracks, or losses of any sort. Lamp and shade unsigned but 1000% documented and known to be a Parker, so no question to authenticity there. Of course if you would like to pick it up at my location that is welcome as well. This Bradley and Hubbard beanpot base i s the most sought after b and h base there is and (SHADE IS FOR DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY AND NOT FOR SALE) measures 22.5 inches tall, with the base being without issue, which means no metalware breaks or damage and its in fine working order. It has a two socket socket cluster and The patina nicely aged throughout with only minor blemishes here or there but very minor in that respect and to be expected for a 100 year old base. The base signed on the top with the B&H triangle stamp. Please notice the three mounting pieces consisting of the shade rest, the cap, and the finial. Vintage Authentic Dale Tiffany 2 Light 24 Table Lamp Slag Marble Glass Shade
I’ve owned this beautiful vintage, authentic Dale Tiffany lamp for over 30 years. Gorgeous slag, dome shaped shade with a truly elegant base. The shade has stunning tones of cream, pink, gold and light green when lamp is lite. It reminds me of mother of pearl, soft with a warm glow. Beautiful movement to the colors. Condition: Very good condition, has some chips on top of base from the chain pull, shown clearly in photos. The top of the lamp shade has a manufacturers defect showing a hole type area, shown clearly in photos. Finial screws on a bit crooked making the shade a tiny bit wobbly. All of the above has never affected the beauty or function of this gorgeous lamp. It’s perfomed perfectly for me for over 30 years. Measurements: Height of lamp. 7.5″ x 16.5″. C 1910 Mosaic Shade Co. (Chicago) leaded glass lamp. Foot is 8 wide. Shade 18″ wide 8″ deep. 3 Bryant Satellite pull chains. Period style brown cloth cord & plug. Has Tiffany like patina (enlarge pics of the base you’ll see) beautiful best I’ve ever seen on a Mosaic base. Hardware on top definitely Identifies the maker as well as matching cap & finial 100% Mosaic Shade co. Not all their lamps were made with caps adhered to the shade some were open as this one with cast bronze caps. I believe this to be a very old Mosaic lamp. In very good ANTIQUE condition. Some hairlines here and there nothing damaging to showing of the shade. Part of true 100 year plus lamps. Most true Tiffany’s are peppered with hairline fractures. Fair price make your offers fair! The shade measuring in at 16 inches wide and the base 21.5 inches tall. Both shade and base without issue which means for the base no metalware breaks or damage and its in fine working order. The base has been recently rewired with a period appropriate cloth cord and plug along with two good working sockets. There is a ding in the lower portion of the base and i photographed it so take a look. Nothing horrible for a 100 year old base and really doesnt detract from the overall appearance but i wanted to mention it anyways. The shade in very good condition as well, with all pieces of glass present and accounted for. The glass in mottled or spotted form and is superb when lit. The leading throughout tight and right, and the patina nice as well. The glass of great quality and this lights up way way better than my photos are showing. The base measures 21.5 inches tall and the shade is 16 inches wide. The shade is in very good condition with no breaks or cracks in the glass and all metal work in the filigree is in tact. No issues to speak of. The base without any metalware damage and in fine working order with its original patina and a nice hammered metal texture.
