Antique 1920′s Miller Lamp Co. 6-Panel Curved Slag Stained Glass Lamp
Here’s an oldie, pretty well preserved. The metal on the shade has some discoloration, but not bad at all. All the glass is good. The base finish is somewhat worse than the shade, and I noticed a short crack which I have pictured in photo #6. Shade is 21″ wide, corner to corner; total lamp height is 21 1/2″. Tough lamp to find. Rare ca. 1910 Bradley & Hubbard Filigree And Slag Glass Table Lamp
This table lamp is a beautiful example of Arts & Crafts design of early 1900′s. The metal filigree design of oak leaf and acorn design overlays the rich colors. Of the slag glass. The acorn and leaf design is also echoed in the base design. And ties the lamp together as matching shade and base. The base is signed. B & H (in their triangle logo, with Aladdin lamp) and numbered 198. The shade has no repairs. Or breaks and the cast iron base and 3 arms that hold the shade are all sturdy and good. The lamp is in working condition, but as with any antiques that have electrical cords. It is a suggestion to have it professionally looked at. Shade the base diam. Signed Miller 22 1/2 Antique 8 Panel Slag Glass Lamp Excellent Condition. We are pleased to offer for sale this lovely signed Miller vintage slag glass table lamp. This lamp is 22 1/2″ tall to the top of the acorn finial, the shade is 18″ in diameter. There are eight caramel and cream slag glass panels with beautiful ornate brass fretwork. The base is brass and bronzed metal. The glass panels, fretwork and base are in excellent condition. There are double sockets with pull chain switches, you can light one or both. Presented is a c1915 8 panel slag glass lamp i’m attributing to Miller. The lamp measures 21″ tall, and the shade is 19″ in diameter and approx 8 1/2 tall. Antique Forest Scene Miller Hubbard 6-Panel Curved Slag Stained Glass Lamp
Vintage Art Nouveau Curved Slag Glass 6 Panel Table Lamp Scenic Landscape Overlay. This a a bi-colored slag dome shade with detailed overlay of a tree design. Beautiful tranquil sunset colors in the upper glass pieces and awesome turquoisy blue glass at bottom. Base is just as beautiful with a leafy scrolly pattern. It’s like a piece of art, in great condition for it’s age! – it might be a Miller based on others I’ve seen for sale online but all I know is it’s a beautiful old lamp! I hope I didn’t miss anything but I don’t see any cracks, etc, it’s a bit dusty- It was hard to take a picture showing the beautiful colors as in real life- the darker, more colorful pictures are most accurate as opposed to the bright ones. I don’t think this base is original to the shade, but this heavy, decorative base looks amazing with it, the leafy design goes great with the floral pattern- it takes a standard light bulb plus it has a 3 way switch for regular/dim/dimmer light. It looks like it should for it’s age. The base is a golden tone, the metal on the shade is a silvery tone, both aged-looking and look wonderful together. I can’t find any maker’s mark on the base. Measures approximately 16″W x 24″H. Each panel at the widest/bottom is about 8- It’s quite heavy, I’d say about 12 lbs. Base and top will be wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap with styrofoam pieces in one large box. Like I said the base is free with the shade but as with any very old item needing to be plugged in, I’m not an electrician and it’s up to you to have the wiring checked, it does work.
