Pair Antique Slag Glass Metal Boudoir Lamps
This rare and hard to find as a pair of antique boudoir lamps features a beautiful slag glass design and metal. I used them many years before they were packed away where they have been stored for many years. The cords have deteriorated and NEED TO BE REPLACED! I was able to plug them in for a brief picture. They have push button switches. One lamp has a cracked piece of slag that has been repaired, see picture. The other lamp has a piece of linoleum in place of a missing slag section, see pictures. They could both possibly use a thorough cleaning, especially in the recessed areas. They measure approximately 15″ tall and 7″ wide at widest part. Antique 1920s Salem Bros. Bell-Shaped Slag Glass Boudoir Lamp – 16 Tall – Ivory Cast Metal & Caramel Swirled Panels. Beautiful and original Salem Bros. Slag glass table lamp from the 1920s-1930s. This 16 tall boudoir lamp features six caramel and cream marbled slag glass panels encased in ornate ivory-painted metal with classic Art Nouveau detailing-acanthus leaves, floral garlands, and scrollwork. The base is marked “SALEM BROS”, confirming its authenticity. The lamp has been rewired with a modern cord and plug and lights up perfectly. The original slag glass panels are intact with no cracks, and the finish shows lovely antique patina and expected wear. A striking decorative piece perfect for collectors of early 20th-century lighting or period decor. Material: Spelter metal, slag glass. Antique Miller Boudoir Slag Glass Lamp Cast Metal Floral Garland 1920s Works
Antique Miller slag glass lamp, circa 1920s-1930s. Features a cast metal base with original cream painted finish, decorated with hand-painted floral garlands and ribbon details. The caramel slag glass shade panels give off a warm glow when lit. Condition: Lamp is in working order. Original finish shows light patina and wear appropriate for age. Finial is a replacement, repainted, and sealed to match the lamp’s finish. Slag glass panels are intact with no chips or cracks. The wiring and socket are functional. 16.5″ tall x 7″ wide at shade.
