Antique Caramel Slag Glass Hanging Lamp Light Fixture Dining Billiard Pool Table
Very old slag glass hanging light fixture. It was wired, but I removed the chain and wire because both were no good, and most buyers would want to pick a cord and chain to their liking This would be a nice fixture for an island, dining room or billiard table. It measures 30 x 18 x 8-3/4 I could see no manufacturers name on it. There are 2 porcelain? Light bulb sockets, but it looks like a third could easily be added to the existing hole in the middle. You may want to replace the sockets. They are the old style with exposed screws on top that the wire connects to. It was wired with 2 chains that joined to one hanging chain. All the glass is perfect. One of the vertical ornamental brass pieces that covers the solder joint on one end is missing. It is not real noticeable. Otherwise, it is solid and complete. This is a Large Multi Color Slag Glass Shade with wonderful colors throughout. This entire fixture weighs 7.2 pounds and measures 14 deep. The shade by itself measures 20″ wide by 7″ deep. There are 3 light bulb sockets on this fixture. The shade is in good condition with minor wear present including some small white spots of paint on the interior section. Antique Slag Glass Hanging Light Fixture Lamp. Really nice piece has its original slag glass no cracks in it original surface on it no polishing or touch ups. It has had new wiring run through it I did not do that so I would take a look at it before hanging it. It measures about 13 inches and has 23 inches of chain which can be shortened. There is one spot on the corner of the glass where 2 metal leaves that covers the glass are missing very tough to see there is a couple of pictures of it they are the 5th and 6th pics. Nice piece in pretty much original condition except for the wiring very nice shape check out the pics to see what you are getting. I work 2 week then have 2 weeks off. This wonderful small slag glass lamp is only 5 1/2″ across and 7 1/2″ tall, including the socket (the cord and ceiling canopy makes it a total of 33 altogether). Beautiful color, with a blend of green, cream, and a touch of amber. It is perfect for a bedroom reading lamp, over a desk or small table, in a cozy corner of a room–anywhere that you want a charming bit of light. Rewired, it is ready to be hung. If you want the cord shortened, just let me know and I can do that for you. Very good condition, with just slight wear from age and use. No chips or cracks to the glass. Vtg MCM Retro 1960s/70s Multicolored Slag Glass Hanging Swag Light/Lamp Fixture. Fabulous mid century retro hanging swag light. The light is all slag and translucent colored heavy glass. The metal webbing holding each panel of glass is in good condition with slight aging. Glass panels are all in great condition, no cracks etc. Some slight patina/spotting on the top chrome cap from age. The light has been completely updated with a new cord , swag chain , roller on/off switch and socket ready for safe use for another 6 decades. Immediate hanging and updated safe use right out of the packing. This light is larger measuring 13 1/2″ inches in diameter x 10″ inches tall, with a 12′foot swagging chain.
