Antique Arts and Crafts/Art Nouvea Daisies Design Rainaud Signe Slag Glass LAMP
This is a beautiful arts and crafts antique six panel slag glass lamp with original painted daisies with green leaves in flower pots hand painted motif and matching base with similar painting. Caramel and beige slag glass is lovely counterpoint to the brown finish on the base and shade. Diameter of shade is approximately 18 in diameter and the lamp stands. Approximately 21″ to the top of the finial and the base is approximately 8″ in diameter. It has original double sockets but only one is working. The other socket is missing the insides. While the lamp looks beautiful with only one working socket, it could be rewired to have two working sockets. The base is marked on the bottom Rainaud Co. #21 as shown in the listing photos. Antique Arts and Crafts Slag Glass Lamp with Pottery Base Rainaud
Arts and Crafts Lamp. Shade is 18 wide with eight panels in caramel colored slag glass. It has the same overlay design on the shade as in the pottery base. Lamp is 22″ in height, with the pottery portion of the base measuring 12″ in height and 7 wide and it is decorated in dark brown and deep green. The lamp retains it’s original cap & final. It has two sockets and has been newly rewired with a period style cord and is ready for use in your home. It is not marked but most likely a Rainaud or A&R, Newark, NJ. Signed Rainaud 19 1/2 Antique 6 Curved Panel Slag Glass Lamp Circa 1916-1930
We are pleased to offer for sale this lovely signed Rainaud Art Deco slag glass table lamp. The Rainaud Co operated out of Meriden CT. This lamp is 19 1/2″ tall to the top of the finial, the shade is 16″ in diameter. There are six curved caramel and cream slag glass panels with beautiful ornate cold painted overlay with a leaf and flower pattern. The leaf pattern is repeated on the base. The lamp base and base color of the overlay is a deep green. The glass panels and metal overlay are in excellent condition, there are a few paint nicks on the base. There are double sockets with one pull chain that lights one or both of the bulbs. The bottom is signed Rainaud. The lamp is heavy weighing over 10 1/2 pounds and is very stable.
