Here is an antique Art Deco era Jadeite table lamp with a slag glass shade. Lamp is all original- cleaned, restored, rewired, which has been paired with a beautiful slag glass shade of same style and era. Time to downsize so need to regretfully sell off some treasured items. This is a beautiful piece of art and Im hoping it will go to a new home to be treasured and used as I have done. This is a 2 light table lamp with its original fat boy sockets. Standard base Edison bulbs fit and is shown with 2 LED 60 watt equivalent bulbs. Lamp is 22 tall, base is 6 diameter plus claw feet. It has been rewired with original style new gold rayon wire with a new old style plug. The cord is 95 long, having an old house there is never a wall plug where needed so a long cord is a must! The lamp retains all its original jadeite glass which are in excellent condition. They have a slight gold swirl which matches the antique brass finish of the metal. Each fat boy socket has its own pull chain so lamp can be used with one or both sockets as desired. The slag glass shade was added by me and is of equal if not older age as the lamp itself. When restored some of the brass filigree needed repair. I think both Base and shade are well suited to each other and make a fantastic lamp as a whole. You will not find a more beautiful example of old jadeite that is original and complete. Take advantage of my downsizing and get yourself an old beauty that has been cherished these many years!
