The lamp is in working condition with a couple small imperfections. The stand is a little bent and it is a little tricky to adjust the shade to a straight position. Antique Slag Glass Lamp With Decorative Metal Overlay
Up for sale a beautiful slag glass lamp with decorative metal overlay. This has 12 panels-6 in caramel color and 6 in green. The metal overlay is pretty but is missing a piece at the top and also in the area by the heat cap. The glass is all intact-there are no cracks or broken pieces. The base is also decorative and has some patina from age-may be brass on a black metal base-pretty heavy. The measures 26 inches tall to the top of the finial and 23 without the finial. I believe the fish is brass under the bronze looking finish and the stingray has a bronze looking finish over white metal and there is an on-off switch on the cord.
