Miller 6-Panel Slag Glass Table Lamp #971. Antique circa 1900 – 1910. Green Verdigris Patina over Brass. Marbled glass shade: multi-hued cream and gold with fire flashes. Original two screw-in sockets with. Acorn finial pull chains. Lamp size: 20.25″ base to finial top / 7.5″base diameter. Shade size: 14.5″ point-to-point / 8″ high. Total weight: 10 lbs approx. Condition: Excellent overall / one small imperceptible surface hairline in a single glass panel – does not go through (see Photo 3). This is a beautiful antique lamp. It’s true beauty really shines when lit, casting a golden glow in any space. The hardware in this lamp makes it one of the oldest of the Miller line. Outstanding Williamson Louis XV Leaded Slag Stained Glass Lamp Duffner Handel
Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. This is a very nice and very rare example of one of R. Williamson’s most intricate lamps. Very large and impressive, this lamp stands 28″ tall with a 20″ diameter shade. Nearly every piece in the shade is bent…. Which adds to its complexity in making and just makes it so much better. In addition, the glass selection is. With some really, really unusual mottled yellow white in the hexagons (see pictures). I will let my pictures do most of the talking here and from them I think you can see how impressive this lamp really is. It is a really, really fabulous lamp! Condition is nearly excellent with a few hairlines here and there….. The 4-socket lamp base is solid cast bronze. It has its original hardware and what look like its original matching Arrow sockets with. It has been recently wired with period style cloth. Cord and comes ready to use and enjoy. There isn’t a lot of. Here is your chance to get one for. Its a wonderful and highly colorful lamp that really never comes up for sale. If you like lamps or need parts please feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times. If you want to get a cheap lamp, go to WalMart or Ikea. If you are watching this just to watch and see if it sells, that’s fine. For anyone of you out there that buys or sells these, you know that if done correctly this amount won’t actually cover it. OUTSTANDING CARMEL N GREEN SLAG GLASS HANGING SHADE! This shade is absolutely beautiful! It has a gorgeous filigree without any damage or cracks and no repairs. It is 21 1/2 ins wide making it a very large shade. The height is 12 1/2 ins. All the clips are in good condition as is the entire shade. It has a total of 16 panels. Antique Outstanding CHICAGO EMPIRE Slag Glass Lamp Swans Verdi Green
This is one stunning Chicago Empire Slag Lamp! Measures about 25 1/2 inches high. The shade is about 20 inches across, point to point, and 18 inches across, flat to flat. This is the most desirable of Chicago Empire Lamps, with Swans on the Verdi Green Base and Birds/Swallow filigree over the 16 paneled green/caramel slag glass panels. The lamp was professionally restored with several birds replaced. All panels were removed, carefully cleaned and reinstalled. The sockets work well and the wiring is in good condition. The photo of this lamp was taken from the reference book, Electric Lighting of the 20s & 30s, Vol. The pictures do not do this gorgeous lamp justice!
