This is a nice Antique double signed Handel Boudoir Lamp with a flower like Bent and Leaded Slag glass shade. The lamp stands 18 inches tall to the top of the finial on its 4 inch Bronze Base with a nice patinated finish to it. The combination bent slag and leaded glass shade in Greens and Pink Glass stands 6 inches tall and 7 3/4 inches wide. The lamp is signed on both the shade and the base, easily seen in the photos. Antique Miller Bent Slag Glass Lamp Bradley & Hubbard Pittsburgh Empire Styles
This is a Beautiful signed Miller lamp from the 1920s. It has its original fine patinated Gold finish from the sculpted base to the top of the finial. There is some wear to the high spots on the beautifully sculpted base column which adds to its look and character. It is in wonderful condition. This lamp stands 23 inches tall to the top of the finial. The sculpted base stands 21 inches tall on it’s 7 1/2 inch diameter base. The Shade is 16 1/2 inch in diameter and the variegated carmel bent slag glass shade is about 61/2 inches tall. All the sculpted overlay is complete with almost all of its original finish and the bent slag glass is all there without any cracks or breaks. The lamp has been correctly rewired and everything works perfectly. The fluted and sculpted vase like column has a great patinated tone and look to it. The bottom of the base is marked “MLCO, 233″. This is a really beautiful and heavy original Miller Bent Green Slag Glass Lamp. The lamp Stands 23 inches tall to the top of the finial on its 7 3/4 inch base. The sculpted vase style base has most all of its original finish and really looks wonderful. The lamp is unmarked, and if you google Miller Lamp shades you will find this great metal overlay shade pictured. The large shade is 18 or 19 1/2 inches in diameter, depending on measuring flats or corners and stands 7 1/2 inches tall. All the Bent Slag glass is intact with no cracks or chips and is of a wonderful deep green. All the overlay sculpted metal work is intact with its original finish and is just great to look at. This is a wonderful Bradley & Hubbard Bent Slag Glass lamp from the early 1900′s. The Lamp stands 20 1/2 inches tall on its sculpted 8 inch base. The lamp base is marked with the Bradley & Hubbard Triangle marking up at the area of the sockets. Check out the photos. There is also a stamp on the base, however it is indecipherable. The great looking shade is 19 1/4 in diameter and 6 1/2 inches tall with a very intricate metal overlay. The Overlay is complete and really nice looking over the variegated Carmel Bent Slag Glass. Antique Suess Bent Slag Glass Lamp Bradley & Hubbard Miller Handel styles
This is a wonderful large bent Slag Glass lamp by the Suess Ornamental Glass Company of Chicago. Max Suess started the business in the early part of the 20th Century. Several patents were issued to him for his processes and techniques in manufacturing his products. Son Walter expanded the business into the manufacturing of lamps. Their period of lamp making lasted only a few years and was stopped by a serious fire in their factory. This lamp is unmarked and stands 27 inches tall on its 11 inch in diameter base. Apparently many of their bases were of bronze, however, this one is of cast iron and quite heavy with most of its original finish. A magnet sticks to it. The shade is 17 1/4 inches in diameter and 8 1/2 inches tall. It appears to be a sort of hammered copper or brass and held together with rivets. The slag glass panels are held in place with brass strips and small bolts with sheet metal thin nuts. Check out the photos. The patinated finish is almost all there and it looks great. The bent slag glass panels are all there with no chips or cracks. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a real nice rare lamp for your home. The center column is a beautifully patinated brass. The Bent Slag Glass shade is 8 1/2 inches tall and 15 to 17 inches wide, measuring flats or corners. The rich dark finish is complete and has a lot of the original coloring of the flowers in the shade. The variegated tan bent slag glass is complete with no cracks or chips. This is a good looking and heavy Variegated Carmel Bent Slag Glass lamp by Chicago Empire Co. The lamp stands 23 1/2 inches tall to the top of the finial, on its neatly sculpted 7 1/2 inch base. The lamp weighs over 17 pounds. The Beautiful Carmel Bent Slag glass shade is all complete with no cracks or chips and the metal overlay is called “Morning Glory on Trellis”. The shade is 16 1/2 or 18 inches in diameter, depending on where measured and is 7 inches tall. The aperture on the shade is about 3 3/8 inches wide. The finish on the lamp is almost all there with a few age chips here and there. The sculpted metal base and vase shaped column have a great dark patinated brown finish to it. I find no markings on the lamp however, it is pictured in their old lamp catalogs. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a really beautiful lamp for your home or desk.
