Antique Slag Glass 8 Panel Side Ornate Bronze Table Lamp Art Nouveau
Antique Art Nouveau Table Lamp with Curved Paneled Slag Glass Shade. What a beautiful old lamp that needs a few small repairs/assembled. As for the lamp itself I believe it is bronze (a magnet does NOT attract to it). Without the glass panels it weighs 9 pounds 7 ounces. There are signs of natural aged patina over the entire metal frame work. Some of it is like a white powder residue. The ornate design on the shade is easily moveable and delicate. There is one piece that broke off which would need to be reattached (photo 7) and there is another piece that is still attached but cracked/separated at a few connecting points. The narrow arch between the panels some of them are a little bent (example photo 10 to the left). There are 8 curved caramel/tan pieces of slag glass panels. The little clamp like pieces that hold the glass panels in the shade 4 sets of them are missing (see photo 5). I don’t find any maker name on the light. The wiring is old so I would suggest replacing that. Lamp measures 20 1/2 tall. Shade measures 15 in diameter. Total combined weight approximately 14 pounds (prior to packaging). Antique Cherub And Slag Glass Lamp, cast metal approx. 19″ x 12 ” side\ desk. The light socket replaced see pictures Roughly cast with two cherub boy and girl draped adorn this beautiful lamp. The shade of rose colored slag glass all in unchipped or cracked condition, baskets of flowers in a cartouche on the 8 sides. Some wear to the top and base gives this bronze look even more character. Mixing old and new is in all designers palate as it gives so much more interest. All in good working order and I cleaned it with warm soap and water , ready for your enjoyment. Please ask any concerns as I put condition in a collage of photos. The lamp is 10 lbs. Antique Slag Glass 6 Side Mission Porch /hall Pendant Light Fixture Hanging Lamp
Up for sale is this very nice hanging slag glass lamp in mission style in good condition , no break to the glass. Updated wiring , Shade is 8 inches from one corner to the other and around 12 tall.
