Magnificent Large Art-Deco Bridge Style Table Lamp. This piece is absolutely one of a kind – I know this because I created it from the best parts of about half a dozen table and floor lamps. Kind of a “Frankenlamp”. Ornate cast iron base. The decorative glass pieces are a type of Jadeite Houze glass and yellow Vaseline Uranium glass. The yellow pieces do glow under a black light. All metal pieces, cast iron and brass, have been refinished in an oil rubbed bronze quality paint with a light clear coat. The lamp has been completely rewired with a cloth covered cord appropriate to the period. The socket shell is vintage with a new 3 way switch inside (yes they do make 3 way led bulbs). The stepped jade color base makes this piece stand out. This piece makes a real statement standing at 38 inches tall.
