Up for your consideration is a outstanding Antique Mythical dolphin Stained glass slag Hotel Chandelier lamp Very heavy.. Not exactly sure how this thing was mounted.. Obviously missing the chain and electrical ballast… It’s very heavy. Certainly a one of a kind piece. It’s wrapped with mythical dolphins or coy fish. It has paint loss.. I don’t see any cracks in the Stained glass. There is one place where the fish’s fins are supposed to come together, but it looks like it’s either missing or maybe it was meant to be like that. It is kind of a clean brake. This should be seen in the photos… If you need more photos, feel free to reach out. I was told that it most likely came out of a Lake 1800s early 1910s Hotel in South Florida Miami.. It has a really cool Gothic look.. Perfect for a repurpose project. Definitely a statement piece. Measurements are in the photos. I believe that the larger part would have been suspended from the ceiling so that you could see the fish.. Antique Gooseneck Desk Lamp with Dolphin & Slag Glass
This is an antique gooseneck desk/table lamp with dolphin. Caramel slag bent glass inside the shade. The stem of the lamp remains stationary. There is a nut under the metal ball that loosens so you can face the shade left or right. As shown, the lamp measures 13 1/2″ tall x 19″ long x 7 1/2 wide. The on/off switch is located just under the piece that holds the shade. Condition: There is a repair to the brass ball section, and there is a piece missing from the shade frame where you really don’t see it because it faces downward. Please see all photos.
