It has a very ornate filigree design. I don’t see anything wrong except some normal wear. This is super heavy (nearly 9lbs) and made of good quality. The main part of the base appears to have been refinished, the center tubing and dual cluster has the original all brass finish. Very good used condition with normal wear (see all pics closely) The wiring has been updated and is in good good working order, but feel free to have it checked out for safety reasons.
