This is an original antique (early 20th century) heavy cast metal table lamp with Oriental theme featuring bamboo, water lily, and cattail base, and shade framed in bamboo with tree, bridge, and bird overlay on each panel. The entire piece has the gorgeous original antique bronze finish intact and in excellent condition. The entire piece is near mint. There is no visible damage on any of the glass pieces in the shade, and very little surface wear overall. The metal pieces have acquired a naturally aged patina. There are two electric ball pull-chain sockets in the top. Both are working and the braided cord is in good shape (has probably been replaced). Everything appears to be original, but the finial might have been replaced. The lamp measures 26″ H x 9″ in diameter at the base and 17 1/4 in diameter at the shade.
