Antique Slag Glass Lamp With Decorative Metal Overlay
Up for sale a beautiful slag glass lamp with decorative metal overlay. This has 12 panels-6 in caramel color and 6 in green. The metal overlay is pretty but is missing a piece at the top and also in the area by the heat cap. The glass is all intact-there are no cracks or broken pieces. The base is also decorative and has some patina from age-may be brass on a black metal base-pretty heavy. The measures 26 inches tall to the top of the finial and 23 without the finial. I believe the fish is brass under the bronze looking finish and the stingray has a bronze looking finish over white metal and there is an on-off switch on the cord. This unique vintage lamp is fully functional and in excellent condition appearing just barely used with no damages or defects. Please zoom in on all pictures for details.
