Mid Century Leaded Slag Glass Table Lamp, Mission Style Craftsman
This unique table lamp is a work of art in the Art Deco/Mission/Craftsman style. No markings – it is likely artisan-crafted. It screams mid-century modern. The base and top are solid wood, stained a deep, dark brown. It’s a heavy, sturdy piece. It stands on four brass legs and has a brass finial on top. Lead framing houses panels of white, textured, slag glass. Glass is in perfect condition – no chips, cracks, or breaks. They are fitted together similarly to leaded stained glass. It features an “X” pattern along the top and bottom borders of the glass panes. It has a vintage rotary-knob switch. The bulbs allow you choose from a wide range of colors so that you can match any color scheme, décor, or mood. I also have a second similar lamp that is obviously crafted by the same artisan, so see my separate listing if you are interested in a pair. It is 24 tall, with the wood base measuring approximately 9 in diameter. It weighs 13 1/2 lbs. It is in excellent vintage condition with no cracks, chips, or broken panes. The lead strips between the glass exhibit an aged, rust-colored patina, adding to the lamp’s character. The wood is natural, with some variation in the wood tone and a rough finish. Please don’t expect a lamp of this age to look like a new, mass-produced item.

Tiffany Arts & Crafts Mission Style Slag Glass Table Lamp Craftsman Bungalow Style. This is one of the most authentic interpretations of an early 20 Century Mission / Arts & Crafts table lamps I have ever had the pleasure to own! It consists of a large, heavy lamp shade, filled with over 500 various colored and textured slag glass pieces! These are not like the “thin” colored glass coming out of China! The glass shade form is a 12 sided “dodecagon”, of which the lower half ends in an overhanging edge. Each panel has resemblance to windows which I have seen in many bungalows in the Chicagoland area! The lamp base has an octagon shape, which turns up into a 4 sided taper, ending in “Craftsman” style ornamentation. The lamp has a blackened “verdigris” finish. There are 2 sockets which support type “A” bulbs and have matching pull chains. This lamp is a totally awesome authentic reproduction of an ornate, early 20th Century table lamp! Bradley & Hubbard (B&H) Art Nouveau/ Craftsman slag glass lamp
This stunning art nouveau Bradley & Hubbard table lamp stands 27″ tall, 20.5″ across, and the base is 7.5″ x 7.5″. There are a total of 24 glass panels – 8 each of caramel, red, and blue/green/multicolor. There is only one cracked caramel glass panel, as shown in photos. All wear and patina is consistent with age and use. The lamp has been rewired and had compliant lightbulb sockets installed for safety reasons. Pull chain mechanism and lightbulb sockets shown in photos. Everything else on the lamp is in original condition. This lamp has been in my family for over 85 years. Mission Craftsman Slag Glass Hanging Lamp Pendant Chandelier Arts & Crafts
An Arts & Crafts slag glass pendant chandelier, early 20th century. One shade is missing a panel, and another has a chipped panel as shown. All remaining panels appear original, and all shade clips remain intact. Wear to the metal finish/patina commensurate with age. It was rewired some time ago and could use another wire update. The fixture measures 24 inches high total x 24 inches across. The arms are 18 inches across. Each shade is 7.5 inches tall x 6 inches across. It weighs about 23 lbs, not including packaging.
