There is a lady’s head in the design on the lamp (photo 6 & 7). It is numbered on the bottom 15371-2 (photo 12). No exposed wires or cord or plug. Lamp measures 20 tall. Weighs 7 pounds 11 ounces (prior to packaging). Light bulb is not included. We are not antique dealers, collectors or experts.
