Antique Art Nouveau Lamp Base Slag Leaded Reverse Painted Glass Handel Miller

I’m not sure of the maker but it is very nice detail and quality. Condition – Great overall condition with very nice original patina. Hardware and wire have been replaced at some point. Measurements – 21.5″ tall with 7″ base.
