No chips, cracks, or breaks in the glass and or metalware on the base. The very very desirable tree trunk base in fine working order and recently rewired with proper period style cloth cord and old style plug. The base still retaining its original socket and acorn pull. The patina very nice throughout and it lights up way better than i could photograph. The lamp measures 16 inches tall with the shade being 12 inches wide.
