Antique Bradley & Hubbard Arts & Crafts Slag Glass Reverse Painted Lamp, c1920. This fantastic antique early 1900′s, BRADLEY & HUBBARD table lamp features a hemispherical shade which is reverse-painted with stylized flowers against ribbed glass with 6 curved glass panels, on a three-socket arts & crafts bronzed base with three pull chain lights. It is in very good antique condition. Panels are old and all very good with some minor paint loss, all metal work in the shade is there and nothing is broken. The glass is curved, ribbed and reverse painted from the inside. The ribbed glass creates a halo effect around the painted shapes and mutes the colors. It is very elegant at night. Awesome lamp when lit up. I believe it is very original including its finial at the top. This lamp has been rewired and has one replaced socket. Marked Bradley & Hubbard, base is marked 314B. Description: Up for sale is this very clean circa 1920 slag glass table lamp. Original green slag glass predominately green but with veins of cream and brown. Glass is textured and has a great look in low light settings. Single bulb with “fat boy” socket with large paddle turn switch. Wiring is new and in good condition making lamp ready for service. But as with all electrical devices please examine carefully before using. All panels of glass are clear and without chips or cracks. All filigree is present as is glass pins. Original finish to base. Description: Up for sale is this very large Bradley & Hubbard table lamp dating to circa 1920. Lamp boasts 8 panels of bent slag glass of caramel color. Creates a very soft warm atmosphere. Base has three sockets that allow various levels of light. These lamps were made long before 3 way light bulbs were invented! The Bradley Hubbard signature on this lamp is found a the top of the base. Lamp is made in a classic design that will accent almost any decor. Shade and base have a matching urn design. Even the finial has a pine cone or pineapple design that matches. Lamp has been re-wired with modern 18 ga. Electric cord and is ready for service but with all electical appliances please examine carefully before using.
