Antique Salem Bros Scenic 12-Panel Slag Glass Lamp – Beautiful. Excellent condition with some light age related wear. All glass panels are original and intact. Upper panels are light bluish glass with other colors mixed in – while the lower panels are green glass. Shade is in excellent condition and shows scenes of a house with a bridge and trees and other plants in the metal work. The base is in excellent condition with no breakage. This lamp was made by Salem Bros. As marked on the bottom of the base. This lamp has two sockets – Only one socket is currently working. The other will need a new pull switch or repair to the current switch. The cord and plug are in good condition – The cord was replaced at some point. This lamp measures about 22 tall. The shade measures 16 1/2 across at the widest. The base measures 7 diameter. This is a beautiful, authentic 12-panel scenic slag glass lamp. It looks great with its high level of detail and the multi-colored glass. The only flaw is that one socket needs the pull switch mechanism replaced or repaired. The other socket works fine, so the lamp is still usable as is. It uses standard size light bulbs that are readily available anywhere. Feel free to ask me any questions about this great lamp. Leaded Table lamp LAMB BROS. Mosaic antique stained slag glass arts crafts
Up for offer here a superb early 20th century stained art glass shade lamp with metal base by Lamb Brothers from Nappanee, Indiana. It was made around 1910 – 1920 and is done in the Arts & Crafts style from the Tiffany era of lighting and decorative lamp production. The pattern seems to be of a lotus flower or water lily motif with Cattails. This lamp base measures almost 23 inches tall and the shade is about 18 inches in diameter and is about 7 1/2 inches deep. The base has some patina but is in good working condition. It is a unsigned piece that I have never seen before. The finial is original. The shade has no problems that I could find. The lamp is a nice example with a lot of colored glass so it really sparkles. Please look at the pictures I have included. There are no loose pieces of glass and all of the solder/copper foil is tight and correct. Please view all photos as they are a part of my description. Caramel Slag Glass Table Lamp – 1920′s. These signed 100% original Salem lamps are getting harder and harder to find. This particular one features one of their nicest designs with filigree depicting flower baskets and floral designs entwining the whole border. Note the same identical flowers on the shade filigree and the base. This lamp retains the original Bryant sockets with original bell pulls. Antique Salem Bros Slag Glass Table Lamp
This is a beautiful example of antique Salem Bros craftsmanship. Everything from the filigree metal shade frame, the slag glass panels and the ornate metal base is spectacular. Condition great given its age. Shade glass is in great shape, no cracks or chips that I can see, I did not remove the panels so I dont believe there is but there could be very minor chips on the edges that are not visible. Full diameter of shade is approx. 18 and 11 inches tall. The height from top of finial to the bottom of base is approx. The manufacturers mark Salem Bros.
