Dale Tiffany Stained Slag Glass Water Lily Pad Floral Art Nouveau Dents Cracks

This beautiful lamp is approximately 19 inches tall. The shade is about 14 inches in diameter, and 8 inches tall. There is a Dale Tiffany tag inside the shade. Very nice jewel beading. There is one dent on the top metal piece, a dented rim with corresponding cracked, chipped panels. 2 are shattered, one with a hole, and one has a fracture line. Reinforced with some Loctite to prevent further damage. Luckily the panels are all near each other, so they can go on the wall side.
