Vintage MILLER CO SLAG GLASS TABLE LAMP

This is only stamped with factory number on inside bottom under the cover.. I was told it was made by Miller co… The lamp base is metal.. Finish on it shows its age in patina… Lamp shade is very nice and I see no issues… Only marking I see on the shade is previous owner inscribed ss number inside the circle top.. Very hard to see….
