ANTIQUE FLOWER BASKET FILIGREE 8 PANEL SLAG GLASS LAMP HANDEL B&H ERA. Shade is 17.5″ across / lamp stands 24″ tall. I found this lamp at a recent estate sale. The lamp looks spectacular when it’s lit up. All of the creamy marbled glass panels are intact with no damage. The metal filigree is spelter and it is in excellent condition. The lamp shade overall is in excellent condition. The spelter base has a few minor flaws if you examine it closely you will see some minor cracks and a little paint loss. It probably had a felt covered bottom with a foil. Label on it, but it’s long gone. It looks like the base has been repainted in an antique bronze finish. This lamp was working but had a broken lamp chain switch on one bulb socket when I bought it. I thought I should try to fix but when I took it apart it crumbled and I realized that the fabric covered wiring inside the lamp was so tattered and frayed that the lamp will need to be rewired.
