There are 8 panels of glass The metal frame is a antique gold color with yellow orange red and green highlights. The shade appears to be from the early 1900`s. The hole at the top has a diameter of 3 1/2 inches. The coloring of the metal and all the glass is in excellent condition. There are 2 splits on either side of one panel. The splits are about 2 to 3 inches in length. There is no other damage to the piece.
