Cast metal base appears to be painted gold and is very heavy. Patent date of 1909 on socket. Looks like the power cord may have been replaced, but not recently, as it is a 2 prong plug. Shade is in pretty nice shape for age, with some loose filigree seams/pieces and very minor chipping- displays well and looks nice as it is. 23″ Tall, 18″ wide shade. Check out the pictures!
