Antique 1920s Blue Slag Glass Panel Lamp Shade, Damaged
It has three open moveable splits where the panels came together, and three more minor ones where one can see narrow separations. The last two pictures show where the shade hit the window frame. There is a bit of a bend to the frame along with white paint from where it connected on the way down. This can better be seen in the picture of the whole shade. In this picture one can also see that the frame along the top where supports for two side by side panels is still in place but there is a partial split with just a little bend. This area is along the frame part that shows the split at 1:00. The three blue slag glass panels are intact but on one the glass had come out of the tab which keeps it in place near the center on one side. I don’t trust my ability to bend the tab back to put it properly in place. It would definitely be taped and given extra protection for travel. It should be close but it may be a little high.
