Vintage Blue Tulip Slag Glass Swag Lamp Ceiling Light Fixture
The slag glass on this light has a rich, beautiful blue color, like a bit of summer sky with wispy clouds. This fixture hangs down 21″ from the ceiling and the light itself is 11 3/4″ long x 10 1/2 across, with 8 glass panels. When lit, this really glows, but it also looks beautiful unlit. The chain is 8 long and is heavy and old, as is the canopy. Very good condition, with very light wear. The finish is original. There is a a small area of darker glass omnone side that is in the glass itself, from the factory; please see photo. The exception to this is a very large or complex object that may require building a box.
