This listing is for a vintage 2 Armed student / bankers desk lamp with two striking multicolor Slag Glass Shades. The colors are almost a watermelon scheme, with red green white etc. It has a strong art nouveau influence, especially in the base which has a lily pad motif and long curling vines which go up the lamps base. It is definitely vintage, not sure if it is an antique original though. The glass appears old enough but Im not sure about the base. The weight has been replaced with one from a modern lamp due to rust on the original. A very impressive piece overall, sure to draw the attention of and compliments from your guests. The design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor. It is in very good condition. Comes as found, with a new vintage style cord and plug. No major damage or other repairs to be seen.
