RARE Antique Slag Glass Art Nouveau Table Lamp manufacturered in the U. And SIGNED by PLB&G Co. (Pittsburg, Light, Brass & Glass Company) in the 1920′s. This is the original shade paired with the original base. Ornate gold gilded cast iron base with a beautiful patina. The signature of PLB&G & Co 1808 is cast in the base under the base cover. It’s difficult to see, but it is definitely there. It’s domed shade is framed with gold gilded cast metal and is of the mushroom style with 6 caramel slag glass curved panels. All panels are solid and secure in their placement. The base measurement is 20″ in height and the shade is 16″ in diameter and 7 tall. The shade is in great condition with no chips or cracks. There are 2 pull chains wired directly to each of the two lightbulb sockets. The wiring has been updated and is safe and working properly. This lamp is very unique!
