A very beautiful original antique Handel student desk lamp in excellent condition. This lamp is very finely cast and made from thick solid real bronze making it very heavy. The original untouched patina is in excellent condition. The quality of the casting and overall craftsmanship of this lamp is outstanding throughout as shown. Both of the original turnkey light sockets are in perfect working order with a like new snap to the switches and still retain both of the original bronze turn keys that are always missing. There is a small dent in the lower edge of the base and a little ding on one of the shade holders shown in the last two photos. Both will go completely unnoticed. I never saw either of them until I took it out into direct sun light for the photos. All of the original shade holder thumb screws are present less one that that has a nice old screw in its place. It needs to be rewired, I have many more lamps to list and just don’t have time to do it. It stands 20″ tall by 15-1/2 ” wide. The base is 7-1/4 wide.
