Rare Handel 4 socket with Poulsen (P & H) Slag Glass Lamp, both signed. I have dealt with many Handel Lamps over the years and I’ve had a lot of 2 socket and 3 socket pieces in my collection. I have not seen a 4 socket in many a year. To say that they are hard to get is extremely scarce. One chain is slightly longer than the other three? The lamp is rewired and all 4 sockets light up perfect. The lamp stands 23″ tall and with a 7 1/2″ base. Topped off on this base is a magnificent 19, 16 panel signed Loius Poulsen shade. Poulsen born in 1874 was one of the leading designers of shades for his time. A function and design of his products are tailored to reflect and support the rhythm of natural light. Every detail of his design has a purpose, every design starts and ends with light. He was truly one of the most passionate craftsman of the period. I’ve described this as best I can due to the early age there may be minor signs of wear in the many years it has been through. MAGNIFICENT to behold when lit. Renew the Past Policies.
