Fantastic Salem Bros Art Nouveau Antique Early 1900′s Caramel Slag Glass Lamp. Offering a beautiful signed Salem Brothers lamp which has been in the family for 50 years. This large lamp adds quite the ambience day or night to a room standing 24 1/2″ high with an 8 panel curved caramel glass shade measuring 19″ diameter and with a base diameter of 7 3/4. It weighs a little over 12 pounds. Condition is very good with a nice aged patina and no damage/repair to the glass. Please see photos for better detail.

The shade is removable from the base. The shade measures is about 9 inches tall and 12 1/2 inches wide. Imparts a beautiful and inviting mellow warm light. Very unusual and perfect for an arts & crafts period setting with Stickley furniture etc. I would recommend rewiring. May have originally been an oil or kerosene lamp?
