Handel Signed Oak Tree Bronze Base Slag Glass Cabin Lake Scenic Shade Lamp Table
This lamp is in Good working condition. I plugged the lamp in and all 3 sockets work as they should. You pull a chain to turn on 1 or all 3 sockets. One socket is missing its metal outer casing. The finial is also missing on the lamp. The shade is in good condition for its age. The shade has a 6 panel scenic look. The scene is of a cabin with a lake or pond and trees. There are 2 types of slag glass in the shade. There is a blue slag glass for the lake and a purple slag glass for the sky. There is 1 piece of slag glass missing in the shade (please see picture). All of the other slag glass pieces are in Good condition with no chips or cracks. There is a little separation in one of the metal panels on the top (please see pictures). I could not find a signature in the shade. The lamp base is just beautiful. The base is in the form of an oak tree with its roots on the bottom and limbs going up the trunk. The base is signed on the bottom – Handel. The shade measures approx. 19 wide by 10 tall. The lamp base measures approx. I took a lot of pictures to show you what you are receiving. Vtg Wescal Tiffany Style Palm Tree Table Lamp Slag Glass Shade Stained Wood Base
Here’s a really unique original vintage palm tree lamp made by Wescal. I searched the internet and I could not find another one like it. I believe this is from the 1960′s. Perfect for a boho / surfer theme decor! The base is made out of real wood and is carved to look like a palm tree trunk. The shade is made out of green slag glass with white milk streaks in the shape of leaves, and is held together with leaded joints. This lamp measures 21 1/4″ tall, and the shade is 14 1/4″ in diameter. It is in working condition. The top of the harp is marked Wescal. Notice there are some cracks in the’trunk’ from age, still very solid though. There is a slight smoke smell that should come off with cleaning or just airing out (estate find). There is a switch on the socket. This lamp will be carefully packaged in a new heavy duty box and double boxed. All photos are of the actual item you will receive if you win. Antique Handel Pine Tree Sunrise landscape desk lamp, Slag Glass Shade with Bronze
HANDEL PINE SUNSET DESK LAMP. Lovely Authentic original Handel Pine Forrest Sunset slag glass Desk Lamp. The colors are spectacular with hexagonal slag glass shade on a nice patina bronze construction and base. Shade contains 6 sunset glass panels under a pine tree and field metal overlay design. The green felt on the bottom would have had a woven Handel label over center screw most likely worn/cut, but this base is well documented. There is no question that this is a Handel. The shade is 6″ deep and has a maximum diameter of 7″. The foot of the base is 7.5″ long and 4.5″ wide. I think the photos accurately indicate the condition of the patina on the base and shade. One Panel of the glass does have a couple cracks, but they are stable and very difficult to see anything from the outside, so see pictures with the last picture showing the pane from the outside with light on. (Heavy/Awkward items may take another day). This drastically will cut back delays in the system & resolve questions more quickly. Authentic Antique Handel Tree Trunk Leaded Slag Stained Glass Lamp Base
This is an AUTHENTIC, antique, Handel tree trunk lamp base. I must stress this because there are copies of this base out there. It was a very popular form and hence was copied. This, again, is a RARE, ORIGINAL one. Its in beautiful, all original condition and comes complete with its original Hubbell branded sockets, porcelain interiors, and acorn pull chains. It has the remnants of what looks like an original cord inside but is otherwise not wired. It is in fine original condition with no dents, dings, or major scratches. It is prominently signed HANDEL 5339 on the bottom as shown. 24″ tall, 8 1/4″ diameter at the bottom. If you are interested in either of these options, please let me know at checkout time.
