4 ea – 1930s Art Deco Pagoda Post Lamps w/ Slag Glass Inserts (Super Scarce). The Flared Pagoda gives a deco style rare to post lamps. Each is approximately a whopping 17″ Tall and 7.5″ x 7.5. Slag glass inserts are caramel cream and free of cracks. They have been rewired and ready to install along a driveway. Or even up the sidewalk to the house on posts. A standard edison keyless bulb socket. The tops are easily removed. With thumb tight screws to replace light bulbs and I would suggest. LED bulbs to curtail any damage to the glass inserts. If failed to mention it. They are made of aluminum which was a costly metal back then. (This will curtail the porch pirates). Scarce Miller Intermediate or Miniature Bent Panel Slag Glass Table Lamp ca 1915
Just out of a local smoke free house is this fine antique slag glass panel lamp. It is a scarce size and can be considered an intermediate or miniature size table lamp. It was made by the miller lamp company around 1915. It has a dome shaped shade with 8 bent caramel slag glass panels under an ornate metal filigree. The base also has an ornate design and is marked under the base plate Miller 915. The socket is marked Bryant with a Nov 26 1907 patent. The lamp measures about 17 inches tall, about 6 inches across the base, and about 9 7/8 inches at its widest. The shade alone measures about 9 7/8 inches wide and about 5 3/8 inches high. The lamp is in good condition. The original glass has no cracks and has good color. The base has significant wear to the finish. The wire was updated years ago and the electrics work well. The lamp is just as we found it. See photos as they are part of the description. Would make a nice addition to any collection and is guaranteed as described. Scarce Arts&Crafts, Art Nouveau Williamson Leaded Stained Slag Glass Floor Lamp
The item came from clean home where it was cared for and displayed for the enjoyment of others. Unseen before it is now offered for a quick sale. Please ask any questions! In the Loius X1V pattern, the domed shade with geometric specific decoration which only by Williamson was used-the lower border with sea shell and swag decoration and the base with cylindrical standard, raised on a circular heavy foot. The shade in overall very good condition, stable without loss to glass or repairs, only a few tight hairline cracks. The base, finial, heat cap and an original four sockets “HUBBEL” with an original pull chains and acorn finials- are having a nice rich dark brown-chocolate patina.
