This is large antique “Holly & Berries” 12 panel green and caramel and slag glass lamp. While the neither the shade or base or marked, it is my experience that only the better lamps had the brass bands between each panel of glass on the underside. The shade and base are in excellent condition with no breaks, cracks or chips in the glass panels. It is missing one brass strip. The lamp has been painted white at some point in its history but that isn’t unusual for slag glass lamps. It is very large and distinctive standing 24″ high with a shade height of 9″ and diameter of 18. It was recently rewired. The base is very heavy as expected with such a large ornate lamp. Due to the size and weight of the base and shade, it can only be mailed in separate packages. NOTE: I received a question about the lamp’s missing brass strip and I responded that The one thin brass strip that is missing was decorative and served to cover the rough edges of the glass panels. I’m attaching a photo of the small area where the brass strip is missing as well as a close-up of a similar area of the shade with a strip.
