It has a lovely warm glow that will give your home a soft, welcoming atmosphere. The lamp is in excellent original condition. It has one minor crack shown in the last picture and a couple of hairlines that are barely noticeable. The lamp has been rewired at some point and works well. Measurements: Glass is 18″ wide by 6″ tall, and the lamp is 23″ tall with an 8″ wide base.

Up for sale is this old Charles Parker quality ornate table lamp base for a reverse painted shade or leaded glass shade. Size is 25 inches tall and base is 8 in diameter. Some wear on finish. Antique Charles Parker Leaded Slag Stained Glass Banded Red Rose Table Lamp
Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. This is a beautiful banded red rose leaded lamp that I believe to be made by Charles Parker. Super look with deep red flowers, brown stems and green leaves against a pale caramel background. I will my pictures do most of the talking here, and from these you can seethe very elegant and well thought out design of this beautiful lamp. This is a full sized table lamp with an 18 1/2″ diameter shade that stands 23 1/2″ tall. In terms of condition, I see only one or two minor hairlines…. The shade is just as beautiful and perfect as the day it was made. The pot metal base has a nice floral design as well. It is heavy and sturdy but much of the brass wash finish has gone away over the years. It has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and comes ready to use and enjoy. Neither the base nor the shade is signed, and Charles Parker is my best guess as the company that made it. It is a wonderful, antique, 1920′s era lamp in very fine overall condition. If you like lamps or need parts please feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times. Antique Signed Charles Parker Slag Glass Lamp Bradley & Hubbard Era for Resto
Heres a Beautiful Antique Charles Parker Slag Glass Lamp for restoration. Its been painted gold, two brown panels and one green one are broken, most of the. Lower tabs for holding in the glass have been sloppily re-soldered with one having broken off again. The solder has left dark areas on the outside in places (picture 4). Of the 16 little ends of the volutes at the bottom of each shade section, 6 are broken off (picture 3, example). It needs complete re-wiring. Height is approximately 22 and diameter is 17 or 18 and 3/8 depending on where you measure. DESCRIPTION: Early 1900′s Charles Parker Co. Bronzed/copper finish cast iron two light table lamp base for a leaded or slag glass shade. SIZE: 21 1/2″H to finial x 7″W at base. CONDITION: Good, has the original top cover & finial, some wear/loss to original finish, no cracks, no chips, one socket pull chain not working the other socket pull chain on/off clicks fine, one socket mounting joint has come loose from top cover, light bend to top, no repairs. These guys made some terrific designs using a combination of leaded and slag glass pieces with heavy overlay. The result is one of the best overlay lamp designs out there. This one is a particularly nice floral pansy? Boarder example in excellent overall condition. I will let my pictures do most of the talking here, but will say that the shade is in excellent condition without a single crack. It measures 19 1/2″ in diameter and the lamp stand 22″ tall. The base has a wonderful dragon motif and is done in a coppery sort of finish (which matches the shade perfectly). The base has its original matching sockets with porcelain interiors and ball ended pull chains as well as its original finial, and has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and a nice old plug and comes ready to use and enjoy. RARE Charles Parker Leaded Slag Stained Glass Table Lamp Handel Tiffany Era
Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. This is a very RARE leaded glass lamp made by the Charles Parker Company. If you are looking at this ad you are likely familiar with this company and know that their lamps like this are hard to find and rarely offered. This is a very fine example with a really cool looking shade. I will let my pictures do the talking here since they can do a better job than I can about. It, but will note that the shade is 19 1/2″ in diameter and the lamp stands 23 1/2″ tall. I see two small breaks in two of the very small caramel edge pieces, but other than these the shade is essentially perfect. Base and shade have matching gun metal sort of finish and look to have been together since they were made. Wondeful, large, bulbous base has its original finiah, P&S labeled sockets (with their original porcelain interiors and satellite ended pulls), cap and finial. It has has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and comes ready to use and enjoy. This is a really nice and I.
