Antique Suess Poinsettia Leaded Slag Stained Glass Lamp Duffner Handel Tiffany

Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. This is an absolutely HUGE and wonderful table lamp by Suess. It is an enormous lamp! I believe the pattern is called the poinsettia, but it is essentially an exposition of flowers! I will my pictures do most of the talking here, and from these you can see the very elegant and well thought out design of this beautiful lamp. This is massive table lamp with an 24″ diameter shade that stands 24″ tall. In terms of condition, I see only a few minor hairlines here and there, but nothing serious. The solid bronze tree trunk base is the best Suess made and just goes wonderfully with this floral themed shade. It is beautifully detailed and super heavy and sturdy. The finish is just fantastic. It has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and comes ready to use and enjoy. Suess did not sign their shades or bases and thus this one is not signed anywhere, but you can find similar examples of these out there. If you like HUGE lamps and are looking for a truly impressive example, this one is for you. It is just a fabulous lamp all the way around. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times. If you want to get a cheap lamp, go to WalMart or Ikea. If you are watching this just to watch and see if it sells, that’s fine.
