Antique Green Bent Slag Glass Bradley & Hubbard lamp Miller Handel Empire styles
This is a really fine Bradley & Hubbard lamp with a Chicago Empire shade. They apparently made some shades for other companies. This is a heavy lamp weighing in at over 18 1/2 pounds. It stands 21 inches tall on its 7 1/2 inch finely scupted patinated brass base. The lamp is marked with the normal Bradley & Hubbard Triangle up by the sockets. The bottom of the base is also marked “M 99″. The Green Bent Slag glass has a fine complete overlay called the “Morning Glory on Trellis” by Empire and is 18 12 or 16 1/2 inches in diameter (depending or measuring flats or corners) and stands 7 inches tall. All the glass is complete with no chips or cracks. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a wonderful lamp for your home or office. Check out all the photos.
