Antique Bent Green Slag Glass Lamp Chicago Empire Co. Miller Bradley & Hubbard

This is a wonderful heavy Bronze and Green Bent Slag Glass lamp by Chicago Empire Co. The lamp stands 21 1/2 inches tall on its neatly sculpted 7 1/2 inch base. The lamp weighs over 15 pounds. The Beautiful Green Bent Slag glass shade is all complete with no cracks or chips and is called “Morning Glory on Trellis” and is 17 or 18 1/2 inches in diameter, depending on where measured. It is 7 inches tall. There is one very small part of the casting in the top of the overlay that was missing in the cast. If I did not mention it you would not notice it, but I want to be accurate. The finish on the lamp is all there and the Bronze metal base and ribbed column have a great variegated green bronze finish to it. I find no markings on the lamp however, it is pictured in their old lamp catalogs. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a really beautiful lamp for your home or desk.
